Do you need help with a knitting project or technique? If your questions require more than a few minutes then our remote Skein Sisters Knitters Help Desk is here for you. Phone or Zoom Sessions with Linda are available on weekdays during business hours
Do you need help with a knitting project or new technique? If you can't come to our in store person-to-person clinics, and your questions require more than a few minutes, then our Skein Sisters Knitters Virtual Help Desk is here for you. Linda will answer your questions remotely either over the phone or via Zoom - whichever works best for you.
Simply purchase an amount of time, and then Linda will be in touch to find out what help you need and schedule your remote session.
Please note: our Virtual Help Desk is for knitters only. Crocheters please book in to one of our in store help options: Help Clinic is a group which runs every Wednesday, or book a Private Class for one or two people.
Weekdays during regular store opening hours only.
To book:
- Place a booking by choosing your preferred amount of time in the drop down menu, then complete your order.
- Include some information in the comments about what you'd like to achieve or learn in your session, the problems you're having and the pattern you're working on (if that's what you'd like help with)
- Once we receive your order and payment we'll be in touch to organise a time.
Terms and conditions:
- A virtual help desk session can be cancelled within 48 hours of the class time. If the lesson is cancelled later than 48 hours prior to the session time, a cancellation fee of $30 per person will apply (deducted from your booking fee refund).
