Skein Sisters End of Summer Sale promotions commence 5pm Wednesday 19 March and conclude 11.59pm Monday 24 March 2025.

Every customer who makes a purchase online or instore of $100 AUD or more, at Skein Sisters from 5pm Wednesday 19 March 2025 to 11.59pm Monday 24 March 2025 will go in the running to win 1 of 2 daily mystery prize packs. Each prize pack will consist of two 100g skeins of a Skein Sisters yarn plus selected By Skein Sisters notions. The winners will be drawn by 3pm on Thursday 27 March at the offices of Skein Sisters. Winners will be drawn at random and contacted by email and / or telephone provided those details have been given at the time of purchase. Winners have 7 days in which to contact Skein Sisters in order to claim their prize. If any of the prizes have not been claimed in the allotted time a redraw will take place until all prizes have been redeemed. All decisions are final and at the discretion of Skein Sisters management. No correspondence will be entered into. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash.

Shipping during the End of Summer sale - Combined shipping on orders not available during this End of Summer Sale period

During this particularly busy period we are unable to combine multiple orders to ship together.

During our End of Summer Sale, shipping of orders may be delayed due to the increased number of orders being processed and dispatched. We will do our very best to get your order on its way as soon as possible. Store pick ups - please wait until you receive an sms from us confirming that your order is ready. We ask for your patience during this busy time.

New Customer 10% discount

1. Eligibility: This offer is valid for new customers only. A new customer is defined as someone who has not made a purchase with Skein Sisters before.
2. Sign-Up Requirement: To receive the discount, customers must sign up to the Skein Sisters mailing list with a valid email address.
3. Discount Details: The discount is 10% off the customer’s first purchase.
4. Exclusions: This offer cannot be used:
   • In conjunction with any other promotion or discount.
   • For the purchase of gift vouchers.
   • On yarn winding services.
   • On remote help desk services.
5. One-Time Use: The discount is valid for a single transaction only and cannot be applied to past purchases.
6. Non-Transferable: The discount is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. Right to Amend: Skein Sisters reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer at any time without prior notice.

Store pickups

If you purchase and pay for your order online, or place a paid backorder through our store, you can elect to pick up your order from our shop at 721 New Canterbury Road, Dulwich Hill NSW. When your order is available to collect you will receive a text message. We will hold your paid order for a period of 14 days from when the initial message was issued. If you have not finalised the collection of your order within 14 days we reserve the right to return the goods to stock and issue a store credit.

If you're unable to pick up your items within 14 days, please advise us by email or telephone call when you will be picking it up or to organise payment of shipping. A maximum time frame of one month from the date of the original notification will apply after which time your items will be returned to stock.

Unpaid orders

We are happy to hold unpaid items for up to 48 hours after which time if they remain unpaid, they'll be returned to stock.

Unpaid backorders - we will send you a text message to advise when your order is ready for payment and collection. We will hold your order for 7 days from this notification. Any items remaining unpaid after this time will be returned to stock.

If we can assist you in matching or describing colours, please don't hesitate to contact us. We cannot accept any legal liability arising from or connected to the accuracy, reliability, currency or completeness of anything contained on this website or on any linked site.
