Introducing GG Loves Dawn, the newest MT x Barker Wool collaboration, a cinnamon-and-toast colourway as warm as good friendship. A true meeting of authentic joy-givers, thought-leader Gaye “GG” Glasspie & designer Dawn Barker, in one cosy colour.
Madelinetosh Tosh Merino Light (TML) is a single ply fingering weight yarn made from 100% superwash merino wool. Tosh Merino Light works up beautifully into a luxurious fabric making it the perfect option for scarves, shawls and garments.
Each incredibly soft skein of TML is hand-dyed in small dye lots and there is an absolutely gorgeous range of colours.

- Needle size: 2.25mm - 2.75mm / US 1-2
- Knit gauge: 26-30 sts to 10cm
- Hook size: 2.25mm-3.5mm / US B1 - E4
- Crochet gauge: 21-32 sts to 10cm
- Machine wash cold on gentle cycle, air dry flat
- Dyed by hand in Texas from wool ethically sourced in South Africa

How the dyed-to-order service works
We are able to supply any of Madelinetosh's current bases and colours as a dyed-to-order service! If the colour you want isn't shown on our website please contact us as we can arrange for any of their current colours to be dyed to order on any base.
Madelinetosh's online retail store is currently unable to ship to Australia, as the United States Postal Service is temporarily suspending international mail acceptance for Australia due to impacts related to the COVID-19 pandemic and other unrelated service disruptions.
Dyed to order means that after you place an order with us, we will pass it on to Madelinetosh. If they don't have it in stock, they then expertly hand dye your colour choice, which makes each skein unique and special just for you.
Once your order is ready, it will be included in our regular shipment of our in-stock bases. Deliveries to us arrive every six to eight weeks.
Refunds
Please be aware that we are unable to refund any Madelinetosh that has been dyed-to-order due to change of mind. Refunds will only be given if the yarn is faulty.
If the colour differs slightly from the image, it is not a fault. Due to the differing nature of each base, colours will vary from base to base, but as Madelinetosh prides themselves on their quality control process we are confident that what you receive will be the correct colour.
PLEASE NOTE: Dyed by hand in small batches, Madelinetosh yarns do not come in dye lots. The beauty of hand-dyed yarns is that each hank is a unique work of art, so please be aware that there can be a variation in coloring, hue and saturation, even within the same dye batch. We suggest using two skeins and alternating rows to ensure there is no obvious line when you change skeins.
